Lacy Scott & Knight was formed by the amalgamation of Lacy Scott & Sons and RC Knight & Sons, both firms with agricultural roots in Suffolk centred around busy Livestock Markets. The Firm dates back to 1869, evolving into a multi-disciplinary organisation made up of Chartered Surveyors, Property Experts and Auctioneers. The firm works across multiple sectors including Agriculture, Auctioneering, Commercial Property, Estate Management, Planning and Development, Residential Sales and Lettings and Valuations and Surveys.

As a firm we provide a wide range of specialist expertise under one ‘roof’. We pride ourselves in our constant training and development of new professionals to continue to develop all aspects of the business combining experience with the latest knowledge and working practices. We strive to provide our clients with the best levels of service and expertise across complicated and ever evolving sectors. We are members of a number of professional regulatory bodies relevant to different sectors of the firm including the RICS, ARLA, NAEA, CAAV and SOFAA.
