Ordered a 100% cashmere item and received a 100% wool item. I tried to email their customer service and am now on day 3 without a reply. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional
I’m very glad I got time to go to Harrods on my last trip to London. Such a beautiful, opulent retail center. Elegant, narrow, and full with escalators. I visited in April and hope to return for Christmas one day because it is said to be much more gorgeous.
Beautiful shop in a fantastic location. As soon as you enter through the door, you’ll want to investigate every department on each of the three or four floors. You don’t have to enjoy shopping to attend; “window shoppers” and people searching for mementos will have a good day as well.
Honestly, it’s a little overrated. The arrangement of the store is wild and incomprehensible. I had no idea where I was going the entire time I was there. I check the directory on level 5 for “hair and beauty.”
It reminds me of Vegas, which is extravagant and overrun with visitors. It still has a fantastic assortment of luxury products, overruns, souvenirs, and nice souvenirs. It’s still worthwhile to go so you can cross it off your list!
I’ve been going to Harrods on and off for the past decade. It’s definitely one of those amazing spots that you must see when in London!
Upscale luxury boutique with a one-of-a-kind design. It’s as though there are hallways branching from a central stairway. The ceiling is low, giving the impression that you are in a residence before proceeding along the corridor to the various departments.
